I love this easy button bracelet.
I still can’t believe how focused my preschooler was as she made this. My daughter still loves her flower necklace that we made from toilet paper rolls (yes, toilet paper rolls!!), but this time, we focused on making something for her wrist.
My three-year-old could wear head-to-toe jewelry and she would still want more! That’s why I’m always looking for easy ways to make jewelry with her. This project was great fine motor work for her as well as!
What You Need to Make an Easy Button Bracelet
- Pipe Cleaners
- Buttons
We bought our buttons in the dollar aisle at Michael’s Craft Store and we had some pipe cleaners on hand. Don’t you just love the colors??
How to Make an Easy Button Bracelet
- Attach one of the buttons to the end of the pipe cleaner
- Let your child string buttons along the pipe cleaner
- Attach the end of the pipe cleaner to the first button
- Viola! It’s that EASY!!
I love the textured look that the different sized buttons create. It’s such an easy bracelet to make and my three-year-old worked on this for over an hour. In fact, I think we might have to do this again in the morning!!
If you love making jewelry, you might enjoy playing a game to make a crown!
